Johanna Wärnberg

Johanna Wärnberg is a partner in BAHR’s Private M&A group and has broad experience from advising Nordic and international private equity and industrial clients in acquisitions, exit processes, restructurings, carve-outs, and joint ventures. She has advised clients in various complex transactions in both the large and mid-cap segments, as well as in equity financing rounds. Wärnberg is regularly involved in infrastructure projects and investments in new green technology, including wind farms, electric vehicle charging stations and solar energy as well as advises clients with regard to the Swedish protective security regulatory framework.
